What's included in your management fee?
Pricing, guest messaging, booking coordination, cleaning coordination and routine maintenance oversight. Because pricing isn't finalized yet, every owner gets a clear, itemized quote as part of their free estimate — no guessing.
How do you decide what to charge each night?
We look at comparable Eastside listings, seasonal demand, and local events — tech conferences, university calendars, holiday weekends — and adjust nightly rates so your calendar stays full at a rate that makes sense.
How soon can my listing go live?
It depends on how much prep the property needs, but most homes go from signed agreement to a live listing within a few weeks of scheduling photography and setup.
Can I block off dates to use the property myself?
Yes. Tell your manager which dates you'd like to block, and we'll keep the calendar clear for you.
What if a guest causes damage during their stay?
We screen guests before booking and document each property's condition. Damage is handled through the booking platform's protections and, where applicable, security deposits.
